Pig Swine Cart Driving Santa Paper Mache | Vintage German Reproduction of 19th Century Piece
This vintage German reproduction of the 19th century piece features a
handcrafted cart decorated with goose feathers and a brass bell from
the 1930s. The lucky charm pig serves as the animal drawing the cart
and Santa’s costume consists of a red felt jacket, hemp beard and hair.
His right hand is holding a goose feather twig while his left holds a
whip. Inside the cart is a sack full of presents along with a large
packet, covered with a light coating of glass mica.
